Upper Great Lakes Plan of Study

The International Joint Commission intends to review the operations for regulating Lake Superior outflows if study funds are appropriated in the United States and Canada. The review is needed in light of the impacts of these operations on water levels, flows, and consequently affected interests in the Upper Great Lakes system from Lake Superior downstream through Lake Erie.
