The Commission welcomes and encourages comments from government officials, key organizations, and the general public on the Upper Great Lakes Plan of Study preparation. The Commission led a significant amount of consultation in the summer of 2001, seeking input on the Directive. The Plan of Study Team has prepared a Draft Plan of Study document and is now seeking comments from government officials, organizations, and the public. The team held consultation sessions in October and November 2001 to solicit comments on the draft Plan of Study. This provided interested members of the public an opportunity to be heard on this important matter.
